For optimal vehicle selection and availability, we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weddings, proms, and major events. However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings (even same-day) when availability permits. Peak seasons (spring/summer, holidays) tend to book up several months in advance.

Our rates include: professional chauffeur service, fuel, insurance, standard vehicle amenities (climate control, premium sound system, ambient lighting), bottled water, and basic cleaning between stops. Additional amenities like champagne, red carpet service, or custom decorations may be added for an extra fee. All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.

Your safety is our top priority. All vehicles undergo rigorous maintenance checks and are fully licensed/insured ($5M liability coverage). Our chauffeurs are commercially licensed, drug-tested, and receive ongoing safety training. We also offer: 24/7 dispatch monitoring, real-time GPS tracking, and contactless payment options upon request.

We offer flexible cancellation policies: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before service (7+ days for weddings). 50% refund for cancellations 7-13 days before service. Within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future bookings within 12 months. Airport transfers have a 24-hour cancellation policy for full refunds.

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own beverages (including alcohol for passengers 19+) and snacks. We provide glassware, ice buckets, and bottle openers upon request. For safety and cleanliness, we only ask that you avoid red wine (due to staining) and inform us in advance if you'll need extra coolers or storage space.
